Justin Bieber Photoed Chest Naked At Vanquish Lounge Atlanta

This Young man was arrested recently for Drag racing and DUI, but that doesn't seem to stop the partying spirit in him. On the 5th February 2014. Justin was seen partying with Diddy and the rest of the crew at the Ciroc party in Atlanta, GA.

List of other celebs present at the party include; Diddy (he organised the tequila bash), Rick Ross, T.I, Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Trinidad James, Cassie, Chantel Jefferies and Biebers new girl. There were probably more celebs present but according to photo evidence, these were the few listed.
