Governor Fashola Declares 7 Days of Mourning In Respect to the Late Ex-Governor (Otedola)

In the early hours of this morning, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola the present Governor of Lagos state declared a 7 days mourning in respect to the death of the late Ex-Governor of Lagos state who passed on at the age of 87.

The Governor described the late Governors administration as that which is characterized by great achievement. He also said that

His indelible record of service is still there. The centre for excellence that we proudly proclaim today was his choice when he was invited among other governors to choose a sobriquet for Lagos.
And that, and some other impactful projects he executed as governor are still visible and will remain evergreen in our memory
