iWonder: President Jonathan Inaugurates Committee for the Missing Girls.

I was just wondering at this news when i read it and then it thought to myself, is this news suppose to be public or private? do say something about this because this is not the way things are supposed to be done. Even the Boko Haram who seem to fight against civilization would have started watching TV or reading papers for news of government's actions on getting them.

So I ask, should this news and any other appointing of special forces for this case be Public or Private?
